Blog about Blogging

I'm not a very big blogger because there's not much to blog about. Nobody wants to hear about how I kill about 500 monsters a day. Nobody cares if I beat one of my games. (Except maybe Wesley) The fact is, all I do is play games. If I'm not playing on my playstation, I'm probably playing games with Kjersti or Danae. Every once in a while I'll be out watching a movie with Chelsee, or having a sleep-over with Tyler, but that's it. I don't do too many things out of the ordinary. It's not that I'm complaining either. Games are always going to be there. They are my escape from reality. If anybody has any ideas as to what else I should do with my time, I will gladly hear them out.

Reading books is a great way to pass the summer. I remember not coming out of my room except to eat for a week straight as I read the Wheel of Time series. I would strongly recommend the Death Gate Cycle if you haven't read it yet.

HEY! I WAS GOING TO TELL HIM TO READ TOO! =)
It's one of the things I miss the most about being so busy with school. I LOVE to read, and sadly I don't get out of the medical studies genre that often these days, but I love it when I can. Death Gate Cycle, as Wes said, is an AWESOME series. I would also recommend reading some "smart" books that make you think--Camus, Dostoyevsky, etc. I don't know what you have had to read for your English classes, but there are some really great books out there.

I already told him that he should read and gave him three different books that are good. He has barley touch any of them. He says that it takes too long to save the world when you are reading a book. And, he gets frustrated when the writing style isn't identical to Harry Potter.

That's because the style J.K. Rowling used in the Harry Potter books is awesome. And it IS true that It takes longer to save the world, but it was the same with Harry Potter, so I guess I have to be interested in the character AND the plot in order to read the book faster.

I think you should get a gym membership and work out. That or you could come with me on my walks or runs.
